Foshan Tecsus Building Material Co., Ltd. Is a professional company focus on providing office interior fit-outs solution to our customers.
Our portfolio products cover almost aspects of office interior decoration, including Office Suspended Ceiling, Partition ,furniture, LED lighting and floor carpet.
Now we have also made outstanding achievements, which can not be separated from our high-quality services, including initial consultation , innovative 3D design services, detailed budget quotation and installation guide services.

Our Factory
Tecsus is a manufacturer for integrated building materials and ceiling & partition products with research and development, design, production and sales ability. Nowadays, our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with 200 employees , of which average daily output is around 50000 square meters.
At present, our company is equipped with the most advanced production and detection equipment in this industry. Totally more than 100 advanced machine tools and quality testing equipment including six large-scale automated powder coating production lines, 5 large-capacity automatic powder production line , 5 large-scale automatic prepainted coating production lines and so on.

(1)Space consultancy : We will carefully review your drawings to understand the layout of each space, or to provide customers with space layout suggestions.
(2)Needs analysis: We will understand your demand for office decoration, and want to make a specific analysis and negotiation on how to achieve the expected effect of office decoration, installation and design requirements.
(3)3D Visuals and CAD Design: Our 3D visuals can change your perspective of what you might want in an office, and offers a real insight into the space you’ll be making your own.
(4)Material suggestion: we will make a material suggestion to clients according to your demand, decoration effect and rough budget.
Make budget quotation: according to the material suggestion and 3D design effect negotiation and communication, we will give the customer a specific budget quotation list.
(1)Update the current production status and inform the planned completion time.
(2)Remind production time one week in advance and communicate how to prepare delivery.
(3)Provide Inspection Report before Shipment
